Procurement Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Administrator to join the Ayers Rock Resort team. The role supports the purchasing department by ensuring accurate financial transactions and smooth supplier interactions across hotel operations.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage invoices for all store departments within hotel operations.
• Reconcile vendor statements and report discrepancies to the Procurement Manager.
• Monitor purchase orders, follow up on deliveries and coordinate with suppliers.
• Communicate order delays or changes to relevant resort teams.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset and basic business acumen.
• Previous experience in materials control or purchasing is highly regarded.
