Process Worker (4-Day Roster)

About the role

JBS Australia is hiring Process Workers for its Smallgoods Manufacturing team in Brisbane. You will join Primo Foods, a team producing quality smallgoods enjoyed by families across Australia. The role is full-time with a 4-day work week and offers ongoing training and career development.

Key responsibilities

• Process and prepare meat products
• Work with raw meat throughout the production process
• Support production lines and machine operators
• Follow food safety, hygiene and quality standards
• Perform manual handling and repetitive production tasks

Required profile

• Comfortable working with raw meat products
• Able to work in wet, chilled and physically demanding conditions
• Strong focus on safety, quality and teamwork
• Reliable, hardworking, positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience in manufacturing, food processing, warehousing or a similar environment is highly regarded but not essential
