Process Shift Supervisor

About the role

Gold Fields Group Services is seeking a Process Shift Supervisor for its Gruyere operation, following an internal promotion. You will work on an 8:6/7:7 FIFO roster from Perth and report to the Processing Coordinator, leading a crew, fostering teamwork and safety and helping deliver strong production results.

Key responsibilities

• Provide effective leadership for the development of the crew and supervise daily workflow
• Monitor progress of assigned tasks and address issues
• Identify and prioritise improvement opportunities and propose alternatives to existing systems and methods
• Help implement change management initiatives and other projects with the Coordinators
• Partner with Metallurgists to optimise plant performance and share updates with operators
• Assist with planning of maintenance, budgets, plans and projects

Required profile

• Previous supervisory experience in a mineral processing environment
• Statutory 26 Supervisor Certificate
• Practical, hands-on approach with sound mechanical aptitudes
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate, support and develop teams
• Genuine commitment to safety and continuous improvement
• Current WA Driver's Licence

• Confidence using Microsoft Office
• SAP/AMT experience highly regarded
