Private Equity and Corporate Advisory Associate

About the role

We are looking for an Associate to join our Corner Capital team within BG Private. The role supports a wide range of activities including industry and company research, financial analysis, investment thesis development, financial modelling and valuation, as well as preparation of investment committee memoranda and client advisory presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct industry, market and company research to identify private equity investment opportunities and support decision‑making.
• Perform detailed financial analysis, build three‑statement financial models and undertake business valuations.
• Contribute to the development of investment theses for potential and existing investments.
• Prepare Investment Committee papers, client presentations and other investment‑related documentation.
• Engage with founders and management teams of portfolio companies and corporate advisory clients on strategic and operational matters.
