About the role

Join ANZ’s Private Bank in Perth as a Private Advice Assistant. You will support a team of advisers delivering sophisticated financial solutions to high‑net‑worth clients, gaining exposure to complex wealth‑management advice.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end implementation of tailored advice strategies across a range of investments and structures.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams – advisers, operations, compliance – to deliver seamless client outcomes.
• Provide premium client service via phone, email and direct engagement, ensuring every interaction reflects ANZ’s standards.
• Anticipate client needs and assist in aligning advice solutions with long‑term objectives while managing multiple priorities.
• Leverage systems and processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency across the advice business.
