Private Advice Assistant

About the role

The Private Advice Assistant will support ANZ's Business & Private Bank team in delivering premium financial advice to high‑net‑worth clients. This permanent, full‑time position offers exposure to complex advisory solutions and the chance to develop a career in private banking.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end implementation of tailored advice strategies across a range of investment structures.
• Collaborate with advisers, operations, compliance and other internal teams to ensure seamless client outcomes.
• Provide high‑quality client service via phone, email and face‑to‑face interactions, maintaining the bank’s premium standards.
• Anticipate client needs and assist in aligning advice solutions with their financial objectives.
• Resolve complex queries and support the advisory team in delivering sophisticated financial solutions.
