Privacy Change Lead (12‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

The Privacy Change Lead will drive the change and communications strategy for ANZ's three‑year Privacy Reforms Program. This 12‑month fixed‑term position is based in Melbourne and focuses on ensuring the organisation meets new privacy obligations and community expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver the end‑to‑end change and communications approach for the program.
• Identify and assess change impacts across projects, creating targeted plans for communications, stakeholder engagement, learning, and workforce planning.
• Develop and review customer and employee journey artefacts, ensuring integration points support the future experience.
• Produce change communication plans and artefacts, collaborating with communication specialists as needed.
• Support embedding change within the business alongside divisional change teams.
• Identify change risks and issues, creating mitigation plans.
• Use data and metrics to inform decisions, track lag and lead measures, and iterate change activities.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience as a Change Manager, Senior Change Manager, or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale change programmes and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging metrics to guide change.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
