Principal Process Engineer

About the role

You will be a key member of KBR's Melbourne water team, leading detailed design of large water and wastewater treatment plants and providing technical oversight across Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead detailed design of major water and wastewater treatment facilities, including RO, PRW, UV, aerobic and anaerobic digestion processes.
• Prepare technical reports, designs, drawings, contract documents and specifications.
• Mentor process engineers and maintain client relationships.
• Support business strategy development and lead bid preparation.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in detailed design of water and wastewater treatment plants for major utilities.
• Proven commercial acumen and ability to deliver constructible design solutions.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Pressure Retarded Osmosis (PRW) design
• Ultraviolet (UV) treatment design
• Aerobic and anaerobic digestion design
