About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care including patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and emergency management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for referrals, clinical handovers and discharge planning.
• Support junior medical staff and students, contributing to a positive learning environment.
• Engage in continuous learning, clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Medical degree with current registration on the Medical Board of Australia.
• Strong clinical assessment, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication with patients, carers and multidisciplinary professionals.
• Professionalism, adaptability, time‑management and commitment to continuous learning.
