About the role

Key responsibilities

• Drive technical direction across high‑scale distributed systems.
• Lead cloud‑native architecture and modern engineering practices.
• Collaborate with multiple squads to unblock delivery and solve complex technical problems.
• Design and review scalable solutions for core platforms.
• Build and validate proof‑of‑concepts before wider adoption.
• Partner with Engineering, Platform, and Security teams to align delivery.
• Help shape engineering standards and ways of working.
• Influence across teams without formal authority.

Required profile

• Strong backend engineering background with deep .NET experience.
• Experience in high‑traffic or enterprise‑scale environments.
• Proven cloud expertise.
• Hands‑on experience with microservices and event‑driven architectures.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and modern engineering principles.
• Excellent communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
