About the role

Pinnacle College is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to lead a Year 4 classroom at its Golden Grove campus. The role involves delivering the Australian Curriculum, fostering an inclusive learning environment, and supporting students' academic, social, and emotional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons aligned with the Australian Curriculum for Year 4.
• Create a safe, supportive, and culturally responsive classroom atmosphere.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to enhance student outcomes.
• Utilise a range of IT platforms to enrich learning and track progress.
• Participate in school-wide initiatives, professional development, and community events.

Required profile

• Registered and qualified teacher with South Australian teacher registration.
• Demonstrated experience teaching primary‑level classes.
• Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
• Flexibility, teamwork orientation, and commitment to the college’s mission and values.
• Valid Working with Children Check and adherence to child‑safety policies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a variety of educational IT software platforms.
