About the role

Pinnacle College is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to lead a Year 4 class at its Golden Grove campus. This full‑time, fixed‑term position offers the chance to contribute to a multicultural learning environment and support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons aligned with the Australian Curriculum for Year 4.
• Create an inclusive classroom atmosphere that respects cultural diversity.
• Monitor and report on student progress, providing feedback to students and parents.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance school programs.
• Utilise a variety of IT software platforms to support teaching and learning.
• Uphold child safety policies, including Working with Children Checks and the College’s Child Safety Statement.

Required profile

• Registered and qualified primary teacher with South Australian registration.
• Strong understanding of the Australian Curriculum at primary level.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
• Flexibility, teamwork, and a commitment to the College’s mission and values.
• Current Working with Children Check and adherence to child safety protocols.
