St Marcellin Catholic College is seeking enthusiastic Primary Teachers to join its K‑12 community in Madora Bay, Western Australia. The role involves delivering play‑based, inquiry‑driven learning and supporting the Catholic ethos of the college.
Required profile

- Commitment to restorative practice in a non‑punitive model.
- Demonstrated tenderness, warmth, and compassion in and outside the classroom.
- Capacity to build community and adapt to challenges.
- Outstanding early years/primary practitioner within a play‑based/inquiry philosophy.
- Ability to support students academically, socially and emotionally.
- Excellent communication skills and a desire for continuous learning.
