About the role

Falcon Primary School is building a pool of qualified Primary Teachers for permanent, fixed‑term, full‑time and part‑time positions that may arise from the 2026 school year through Term 2 2027. Successful candidates will join a vibrant, inclusive community that values data‑driven instruction and high‑impact teaching strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, teach and assess a differentiated curriculum across all primary year levels.
• Utilise explicit teaching models and data to inform the plan‑teach‑assess cycle.
• Implement evidence‑based programs such as Talk for Writing, Spelling Mastery and DIBELS.
• Collaborate with colleagues in instructional coaching cycles to refine practice.
• Foster a caring, engaging classroom environment that supports social‑emotional development.

• Demonstrated success using explicit teaching models and data‑driven instruction.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with students, parents and staff.
• Commitment to inclusive practice and high expectations for all learners.
