Presentations Specialist / Graphic Designer

About the role

Join a tier‑one financial organisation’s award‑winning creative team in Sydney CBD on a 14‑month maternity‑leave contract. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with marketing, communications and senior stakeholders to produce premium presentations, pitch books and marketing collateral.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver executive presentations, investor decks, proposals, brochures and other marketing materials.
• Transform raw content into visually compelling, branded documents.
• Maintain high‑quality standards across all deliverables while meeting tight deadlines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate with internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in presentation design, desktop publishing or graphic design.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign (Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat are desirable).
• Excellent layout, typography and document design skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Previous experience in a corporate or professional services environment.
