Presentation Services Officer

About the role

VenuesWest is recruiting a Presentation Services Officer for RAC Arena in Perth's CBD. The officer is a role model for professional customer relations and ensures that work areas are clean and fully presented to the required standard for all events and day-to-day activities. This is a permanent full-time position; occasional work outside normal hours may be needed, with possible shift loadings, and mobility may be required between facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a clean and fully presented venue, including main work areas.
• Plan for and supervise a casual cleaning team before, during and after events.
• Maintain high service standards and attention to detail for internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan, deliver and execute pre-event, during-event and post-event cleaning services.
• Contribute to venue operations, customer experience and the success of the Portfolio Management team.

Required profile

• Experienced cleaning professional with a strong background in large-volume cleaning and a variety of cleaning equipment.
• Collaborative and confident communication style, able to build relationships.
• Strong focus on cleaning operations, with exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Right to work in Australia for the duration of the contract and a National Police Clearance.

• Salary of $68,432.23 to $73,022.90 per annum (VWGA).
