About the role
NextClimb is seeking a part‑time Practice Manager to lead the on‑site operations of its Perth office. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the practice runs smoothly, supporting both staff and clients while upholding the company’s standards of service and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily practice operations, driving efficiency and productivity.
- Manage and mentor staff, coordinate schedules and allocate resources.
- Streamline workflows and implement process improvements.
- Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service and act as a primary point of contact for clients.
- Collaborate with clients on financial planning support and business‑growth initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven expertise in operational management, workflow coordination, and team leadership.
- Experience in financial planning, bookkeeping, and compliance management.
- Exceptional communication, customer‑service and relationship‑building abilities.
- Strong organisational, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Ability to work proactively in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Accounting or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role within professional services or accounting is highly regarded.
