Practice Manager - Architecture

About the role

A mid-size multidisciplinary architecture practice is looking for an experienced Practice Manager to join its Sydney office. The practice has grown and expanded, and now needs support with its operations. The role focuses mainly on project coordination, supporting the Sydney director and associates with resourcing, timeline tracking and allocations. It is a permanent position.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Director and associates with project coordination, including resourcing, timeline and budget management and allocation of team members.
• Review and ensure all relevant documentation is compliant and in order.
• Keep the workflow max and project Excel sheets consistently up to date.
• Help with the practice's broader operational duties, such as facilities management.

Required profile

• 5+ years as a studio or practice manager or project coordinator in the architecture industry.
• Ideal candidate has a solid understanding of development applications and construction certifications.
• Ideal candidate has experience reviewing compliance documents.
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to help with all aspects of practice management.
