Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner (NDIS)

About the role

LiveBig, a specialist allied health provider, is seeking an experienced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner (NDIS registered practitioner) to join its Northern Perth team, mainly in Osborne Park and Kingsley. The role is full-time or part-time, with a minimum of 4 days per week, and is community-based. Only applicants currently registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as a Behavior Support Practitioner will be considered.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and comprehensive PBS assessments
• Develop evidence-based Behavior Support Plans
• Deliver person-centred recommendations and interventions
• Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and reporting
• Deliver supports in line with NDIS Practice Standards and relevant legislation
• Manage appointments and service delivery across home, community and telehealth settings

Required profile

• Current registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as a Behavior Support Practitioner (mandatory)
• Confident working within the NDIS environment
• Current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain them)
