Portfolio Lead Trainer

About the role

As a Portfolio Lead Trainer you will partner with Operations Managers, Area Managers and Restaurant Managers across multiple locations to develop confident, capable teams. You will deliver in‑person coaching, training and certification for Mixers and Supervisors, ensuring every crew member can deliver the FISHBOWL experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coach, assess and certify Mixers across the portfolio through on‑site training sessions.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Managers to identify training needs and lift team capability.
• Track certification progress, report trends, knowledge gaps and training outcomes.
• Ensure all crew members understand operational standards, food safety and This School modules.
• Provide practical feedback and support continuous learning aligned with FISHBOWL values.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of This School training content.

Required profile

• Ability to build relationships with restaurant leaders and adapt coaching style.
• Willingness to travel regularly between restaurants within the portfolio.
