Pool Construction Supervisor

About the role

Dynamic Pool Designs is hiring a Pool Construction Supervisor to lead its construction team and contractors across work sites from the Gold Coast to Lismore. The position is full time, with competitive pay based on experience plus superannuation.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the construction team and contractors
• Schedule contract works with contractors and customers
• Maintain ongoing customer relationships by phone, email and in person
• Ensure contracts are delivered to a high standard
• Keep accurate records of variations and changes, and update the administration and CRM systems
• Maintain photo logs at each project stage with completed forms
• Communicate regularly with office admin on project progress
• Negotiate pricing and expectations with trades on site
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally

Required profile

• Valid White Card (construction induction card)
• Proven construction experience
• Ability to interpret technical plans
• Full working rights in Australia
• Current Australian driver's licence
