Plant Operator – Pavement Repair Team

About the role

Join the Pavement Repair Team as an experienced Plant Operator, contributing to the maintenance and improvement of Ipswich's extensive road network. This role involves operating plant and equipment on a variety of pavement repair and maintenance projects to keep roads safe and functional.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain machinery and plant such as skid steer, paver and profiler.
• Undertake detailed maintenance of roads and drainage infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver high‑quality repair and maintenance projects.

Required profile

• Experience in civil construction asphalt works.
• MR Class driver licence.
• General Construction Induction Card.
• Experience operating a skid steer, paver or profiler.
• Commitment to safety, wellbeing, communication, collaboration, integrity, efficiency and leadership.
