About the role
The plant attendant works shifts and reports to the Plant Supervisor. The role covers the operation, housekeeping and maintenance of the plant, ensuring production targets are met and compliance with the company's HSEC system.
Key responsibilities
- Operate the plant and carry out its housekeeping and maintenance
- Ensure production targets are met
- Maintain compliance with the company's HSEC system
- Comply with management decisions, legal requirements and company standards and policies
