About the role
Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Planner/Scheduler to provide scheduling services across diverse real‑estate projects in Perth. You will work closely with client‑side stakeholders and the main contractor to develop and maintain integrated master programmes.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct pre‑baseline reviews of contractor programmes to ensure compliance with contractual and industry standards.
- Prepare progress update reports, highlighting schedule risks and opportunities.
- Recommend corrective actions and develop acceleration programmes for major delays.
- Assist senior scheduler in delay analysis and claims management.
- Facilitate meetings with multiple stakeholders to capture inputs and create an Integrated Master Works Programme linked to the main contractor’s schedule.
Required profile
- Tertiary degree in Engineering, Construction, Building or Project Management.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Scheduler/Planner on building projects.
- Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end construction and project processes.
- Valid working rights in Australia.
Required skills
- Professional proficiency in Primavera P6.
- Proficiency in MS Project.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Knowledge of Asta or other programming software is advantageous.
