About the role
Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Planner to provide scheduling services for data centre and other building projects. You will work closely with clients and contractors to ensure programmes meet contractual and industry standards.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct pre‑baseline reviews of contractor programmes and prepare progress update reports.
- Identify schedule risks, recommend corrective actions and develop acceleration programmes when delays occur.
- Perform delay analysis and support senior scheduler in claims management.
- Facilitate meetings with client‑side stakeholders to integrate inputs into an Integrated Master Works Programme.
Required profile
- Tertiary degree in Engineering, Construction, Building, Project Management or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Scheduler/Planner on building projects; data centre experience is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end construction processes and excellent communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Project.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6.
