About the role
Veolia is looking for a Planner / Scheduler to join its Network Services team in Rocklea. You will plan daily work for field crews, coordinate access and permits, track job progress and help keep essential wastewater network services running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare daily schedules, dispatch jobs to field crews and monitor progress and deadlines
- Ensure schedules are planned, tracked and delivered on time
- Schedule and coordinate property access, permits and notifications
- Assist with maintaining a Geographic Information System and other management systems
- Assist with IT and administration support for the field crew
- Build and nurture strong stakeholder relationships
Required profile
- Proven track record in a similar role
- Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills
Required skills
- Experience with ESRI ArcGIS or similar GIS software preferred
- Experience with ClickMobile, Salesforce Field Service Edge or similar software
