Physiotherapist – Home Care (NDIS) in Sydney

About the role

Inspire Healthcare is a community-based organisation providing mobile physiotherapy services across Sydney and Melbourne to clients on the home care package, NDIS participants and private clients. It is looking for a qualified physiotherapist to deliver therapeutic interventions for people with disability and the elderly, on a full-time, part-time or contractor basis. Flexible hours and a competitive salary are offered.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physiotherapy services based on current evidence-based practice, within the resources and hours set out in each participant's individual plan.
• Demonstrate proficient assessment and measurement skills, including collecting client information and selecting appropriate assessment tools.
• Manage participant feedback and take corrective action so services stay responsive to consumer needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Experience with NDIS preferred.
• Current NSW driver's licence, NSW Working with Children Check, police check and current First Aid certificate.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and support people with disabilities and their families.
• Open, creative mindset and enthusiasm for teamwork.
• Willingness to service Sutherland, Northern Beaches, Chatswood or Southwest areas (preferred but not necessary).
