Physiotherapist and Exercise Physiologist

About the role

A clinic in Christies Beach, South Australia, is recruiting Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists to join its growing Allied Health team. The clinic supports older people to achieve their goals, maintain independence and live well in their community. Roles are based from the Prospect clinic or the Christies Beach office, with a flexible mixed caseload across in-clinic and in-home services, and are open to full-time and part-time candidates. New graduates are welcome.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group allied health services that support clients' goals, independence, mobility, strength and wellbeing.
• Take part in monthly multidisciplinary team meetings to share ideas, review practice and contribute to service improvement.
• Mentor university students, where appropriate, if you are an experienced clinician.
• Contribute to organisational initiatives such as the Beyond Carbon Neutral and Staff Wellbeing committees.
• Develop your career through the CPD program, which includes an external CPD allowance, mentoring programs and leadership training pathways.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist, or current ESSA accreditation/registration as an Exercise Physiologist.
• Genuine interest in community-based aged care.
• Experience in aged care or community services, or a willingness to learn.
• Full driver's licence.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, good attention to detail and time management.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and ongoing professional development.
