About the role

Kinyara Health is seeking a Phone Sales Consultant to join its Melbourne team. This high‑volume, phone‑based position focuses on guiding older Australians and their families through aged‑care decisions, turning warm enquiries into clear outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to warm aged‑care enquiries.
• Build trust quickly with clients and families, often in sensitive moments.
• Understand client needs, clarify options, and guide them to the appropriate home‑care solution.
• Progress conversations to bookings, onboarding, or next steps.
• Manage a full sales pipeline, prioritising a large client load.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client transitions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong motivation to help people and a genuine purpose‑driven mindset.
• Excellent listening and communication skills, especially in uncertain or emotional situations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
