Pharmacy Assistant – Customer Experience & Operations (Part‑time)

About the role

Join Pet Circle Pharmacy in Pemulwuy as a part‑time casual Pharmacy Assistant. You will deliver high‑volume customer support via email, live chat and occasional calls while helping keep pharmacy operations accurate and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Provide best‑in‑class customer service, handling enquiries about orders, deliveries, prescriptions and the pharmacy ordering process.
• Manage prescription administration, perform checks against SOPs and regulatory requirements, and escalate to pharmacists when needed.
• Pick, pack, label and prepare customer orders for dispatch, and resolve any issues that could delay processing or delivery.
• Support stock receipt, inventory management and general pharmacy operations.
• Maintain accurate records across customer service, order management and pharmacy systems.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in a fast‑paced, KPI‑driven customer service or operations environment.
• High self‑motivation, strong attention to detail and ability to follow regulated SOPs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer‑first mindset.
• Genuine interest in pets, pet health and supporting pet parents.

Required skills

• Proficiency with multiple online systems, including CRM platforms.
• Experience using ticketing or order‑management platforms.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
