Pharmacist - Rockingham

About the role

TerryWhite Chemmart Rockingham is a modern, community-focused pharmacy located in Rockingham Shopping Centre, offering a broad range of clinical services including Clozapine management, Community Program for Opioid Pharmacotherapy (CPOP) services, vaccinations and medication support. It is a forward dispensing pharmacy that welcomes innovative pharmacy practice. The role is open to both full-time and part-time pharmacists.

Key responsibilities

• Accurate dispensing and expert health advice to ensure the safe and effective use of medications
• Active participation in Care Clinic services
• Collaboration with other healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes
• Contribution to continuous improvement and operational efficiency within the pharmacy

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
• Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent)
• Vaccination training
• Right to live and work in Australia
• Availability on Thursdays 12pm-8pm and Fridays 10am-6pm; part-time arrangements can be discussed

Preferred profile

• Community pharmacy experience
