About the role

Join Australia’s largest retail pharmacy group as a Pharmacist at our Werribee store. You will deliver complete patient care, provide professional counselling and support a friendly, high‑performing team in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day management of store, dispensary and team operations.
• Professional patient counselling and delivery of comprehensive care solutions.
• Accurate and efficient dispensing of prescriptions using MyScripts.
• Supervision of interns, student pharmacists and dispensary assistants.
• Inventory management and order processing for the dispensary.
• Support and develop new business strategies.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Dedicated work ethic and a collaborative team mindset.
• Solid business acumen with an eye for detail.
• Ability to pass a satisfactory National Criminal History Check.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MyScripts dispensing software.
