About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, customer‑focused pharmacist to join Australia’s largest retail pharmacy group. You will manage store and dispensary operations while delivering professional patient counselling and complete care solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Day‑to‑day management of store, dispensary and team operations.
- Accurate and efficient dispensing of prescriptions using MyScripts.
- Supervise interns, student pharmacists and dispensary assistants.
- Manage dispensary inventory and order processing.
- Support and develop new business strategies.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience in a pharmacy or retail environment.
- Current AHPRA registration as a pharmacist.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a high‑volume retail pharmacy setting.
