Pharmacist Grade 2 – Rotational Oncology Pharmacy (Full-time)

About the role

The Grade 2 Pharmacist role is a full‑time, rotational position within the Pharmacy team at Peter Mac, supporting high‑quality cancer care. You will work across ambulatory and ward‑based oncology pharmacy services and gain exposure to cleanroom operations and clinical trial medication handling.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, monitor and provide drug‑therapy advice for individual oncology patients.
• Maintain accurate patient and dispensing records in compliance with legislative and quality standards.
• Participate in cleanroom processes and ensure safe, timely delivery of treatments, including clinical trial medications.
• Contribute to directed projects and ongoing educational programs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to uphold pharmacy excellence.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration or eligibility for registration.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in oncology pharmacy practice is highly desirable.
