Pharmacist – Correctional Health Pharmacy

About the role

Join the onsite pharmacy team at Parklea Correctional Centre and provide patient‑centred pharmaceutical care for a diverse inmate population. This position runs on a max‑term or casual basis until 30 September 2026, supporting the transition of services to NSW Justice.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver clinical pharmacy services for complex health needs, including mental health, addiction and chronic conditions.
• Accurately dispense medications in line with professional standards and agreed timeframes.
• Supply Schedule 8 (S8) and Schedule 4D (S4D) medicines while maintaining strict records compliant with legislation and guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Pharmacy with full AHPRA registration and no practice restrictions.
• Proven experience in clinical pharmacy service delivery.
• Previous experience in a hospital pharmacy or correctional health setting is advantageous.
