About the role

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver personalized workout plans for club members.
• Conduct fitness assessments and track client progress.
• Provide coaching, motivation, and guidance to help clients achieve their goals.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming gym environment.
• Keep accurate client records and adhere to club policies.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Growth mindset with eagerness to learn and develop.
• Certificate IV in Personal Training.
• Current First Aid & CPR certification.
• Current Blue Card (working with children).
