About the role

Join Maurice Blackburn’s Perth CBD office as a Lawyer in the Personal Injuries team. You will work with a diverse client base, providing a seamless and supportive experience to help individuals achieve favourable outcomes during challenging times.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients and take instructions.
• Draft special damages and court documents.
• Review and analyse client records.
• Prepare written communications for clients.
• Brief medical experts and allied health professionals.
• Attend court for procedural hearings.
• Brief and liaise with barristers.

Required profile

• Strong client‑service focus with a personable approach.
• Commitment to social justice.
• 2+ years post‑admission experience.
• Experience handling personal injury matters such as road, work or public liability claims.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Proactive file management and attention to detail.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven record of high‑level client service.
