Perfect Digital Store Manager

About the role

Royal Canin, part of Mars, is looking for a Perfect Digital Store Manager in Melbourne, Victoria, a newly created full-time position reporting to the Pet Specialty Retail Customer Marketing Lead. The role leads the digital shelf strategy for Royal Canin ANZ's Perfect Digital Store (PDS), making its products discoverable, engaging and conversion-focused across online retail platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the PDS strategy, framework and annual roadmap across ANZ.
• Establish digital shelf standards, performance KPIs, governance processes and scorecards.
• Drive product content, digital assets, product attributes and content syndication across retailer websites.
• Monitor digital shelf performance and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
• Manage reporting, analytics and performance dashboards for local, regional and global stakeholders.
• Partner with retail customers to improve online execution and support Joint Business Planning.
• Work with internal teams to improve shopper conversion and retail media effectiveness.
• Build digital capability through training, playbooks and best-practice sharing.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business, Digital Commerce, Economics or a related discipline.
• Approximately 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital shelf, digital insights or related commercial roles.
• Experience in FMCG, retail or consumer goods.
• Strong analytical ability and stakeholder management skills.
