People & Culture Coordinator

About the role

Warrikal is seeking a proactive People & Culture Coordinator to deliver seamless employee experiences across the full lifecycle. You will work closely with the People & Culture team, supporting onboarding, off‑boarding, HR systems, reporting and continuous‑improvement projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment changes and off‑boarding.
• Maintain employee records and workflows within the ELMO HR system, ensuring data accuracy.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, mobilisation and learning‑and‑development activities.
• Prepare employment documentation and partner with Payroll to ensure accurate employee information.
• Contribute to workforce reporting, People & Culture projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable solving problems in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in a People & Culture or Human Resources setting is advantageous.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proactive approach with a focus on accuracy, professionalism and continuous improvement.
• Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is a plus but not essential.
