About the role

This hands‑on People & Culture Business Partner role sits in the heart of a fast‑growing, purpose‑driven renewable energy organisation in Perth CBD. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will act as a trusted HR advisor, delivering end‑to‑end people initiatives that support sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day HR support across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations and off‑boarding.
• Partner with business leaders to coach, guide and develop their people management capabilities.
• Champion stakeholder engagement at all levels, ensuring HR initiatives are visible and aligned with organisational values.
• Support and implement people programmes that address business priorities and cultural objectives.
• Manage employee relations matters with professionalism and sound judgement.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes, systems and compliance.
• Assist with workforce planning, capability development and organisational effectiveness projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR generalist or People & Culture Business Partner in a small, growth‑focused organisation.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder‑engagement skills with a professional presentation style.
• Ability to work autonomously while delivering clear, pragmatic HR advice.
• Commitment to fostering a culture of connection, value and empowered contribution.

Required skills

• Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation.
