People and Culture Coordinator (Full‑time) – Parkside, SA

About the role

We are looking for an experienced People and Culture Coordinator, a motivated and detail‑oriented individual to join our growing People and Culture Team. The role supports the end‑to‑end employee life cycle, maintains compliance documents and offers the opportunity to get involved in HR projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Support the employee lifecycle, including employment documentation and record management.
• Ensure HR compliance requirements are met, including pre‑employment and workforce checks.
• Maintain and support HR systems, including Visual Care, Expr3ss and Etrainu.
• Prepare HR reports, documentation and employee correspondence.
• Contribute to People & Culture initiatives, projects and continuous improvement activities.

Required profile

• Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
• Communicate confidently and professionally with employees, leaders, and candidates at all levels of the organisation.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality when managing information and records.
• Thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
• Take a proactive, solutions‑focused approach to identifying issues and improving processes.
• Build strong working relationships and contribute positively to a collaborative People & Culture team.

Required skills

• 1‑2 years’ experience in a HR role or equivalent.
• Qualification in Human Resources.
• Up‑to‑date influenza vaccination.
• National Police Clearance (no older than 2 years).
• Experience using HR and recruitment systems.
• Exposure to corporate and multi‑site environments (beneficial).
• Base knowledge of employment law and industrial relations (beneficial).
