Part‑time Registered Nurse – Day Shifts

About the role

HammondCare Erina is seeking an experienced part‑time Registered Nurse for day shifts. You will work within a consultative, person‑centred model to support residents and the residential team.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and support care delivery by care staff.
• Educate and mentor staff in clinical areas and processes.
• Provide consultative case management and clinical decision‑making.
• Maintain clinical oversight and professional competence as a Registered Nurse.
• Implement resident comfort focus and use LeeCare online reporting systems.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration with 2‑3 years aged‑care experience.
• Flexibility to commit to the specified shift pattern.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge and experience caring for people living with dementia.
• Strong administrative and computer skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LeeCare online reporting system.
• Computer literacy for documentation and reporting.
