Part‑time Night Supervisor – Front Office

About the role

The Night Supervisor joins the Front Office team at Hyatt Regency Brisbane on a part‑time basis, overseeing overnight operations. This role ensures smooth guest experiences, accurate financial processing, and the safety of the property during night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Process and record all hotel accounting activities accurately, including cashiers’ close‑out and credit‑card reconciliation.
• Compile and review daily reports, logs and contingency lists to support the morning audit.
• Maximise occupancy by ensuring guest accounts are correct and ready for the next day.
• Prepare menu items for guest food and beverage orders when required.
• Conduct regular security walks, equipment checks and other safety procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and manage guest relations throughout the night.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to high‑quality guest service.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Team‑player with strong attention to detail.
• Front Office experience in a busy five‑star environment is preferred.
• Work rights in Australia and flexibility to work overnight, weekends and public holidays.
• Manual driver’s licence is highly desired.
