Part‑time Guest Service Agent – Hospitality

About the role

Avani Broadbeach Residences is seeking a part‑time Guest Service Agent who is passionate about hospitality and enjoys creating memorable guest experiences. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth stay from check‑in to check‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a friendly reception and efficient check‑in/check‑out process.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests via in‑person, phone, and email.
• Process reservations, updates, and special requests using the property management system.
• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the guest’s stay, resolving issues promptly.
• Offer personalised recommendations on local attractions and dining.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering high‑quality service in a hotel or customer‑facing environment.
• Excellent communication skills across multiple channels.
• Proactive, positive attitude with a focus on exceeding guest expectations.
• Ability to work flexible rotating shifts, including weekends.

What we offer

• Hourly rates ranging from $26.70 to $40.05 (excluding superannuation).
• Part‑time schedule with a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Rotating roster covering Monday to Sunday.
