Part-Time Spa Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Spa Receptionist to join Crown Spa in Sydney. The role involves being the first point of contact for guests, handling bookings and supporting daily spa operations to ensure a seamless five‑star experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, professional welcome to all guests and residents
• Manage bookings, enquiries, and updates efficiently
• Provide clear guidance on treatments and products
• Sell gift cards
• Maintain presentation of reception and spa areas
• Support daily operations and therapist coordination
• Assist management with stock take and ad‑hoc tasks
• Promote services and retail to enhance guest experience
• Uphold five‑star service standards at all times

Required profile

• Experience in a luxury spa, hotel or customer‑facing environment
• Strong multitasking ability and composure in a fast‑paced setting
• Passion for wellness and hospitality
• Excellent communication skills and polished professional presentation
• Confidence using booking systems
• NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
