Part-Time Remote Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a B2B Sales Development Representative to work remotely from anywhere in Australia. This part‑time position offers 16.5–24 hours per week with flexible start times (9 am–2:30 pm or 9 am–5 pm).

Key responsibilities

• Map client markets and build a pipeline of high‑quality leads.
• Initiate contact primarily by phone, using email as a backup.
• Ask key questions to understand prospect needs and capture relevant information.
• Secure qualified business appointments and ensure they occur as scheduled.
• Nurture the pipeline, organise follow‑up meetings and monitor pipeline health.
• Maintain an accurate CRM record of all activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B cold calling, pipeline building and appointment setting.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently from home.
• Strong communication skills and a results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to meet activity and booking targets.

What we offer

• Hourly rate of $30–$35 AUD plus superannuation.
