Part-Time Pharmacy Student, Slade Pharmacy

About the role

Icon Group is recruiting a permanent part-time pharmacy student for its Slade Pharmacy team at Westmead Rehabilitation Hospital in Westmead, NSW. The role offers 12 hours per fortnight on flexible weekday shifts starting in February 2027, and is aimed at students who want hands-on hospital pharmacy experience and a pathway to future pharmacist internships.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense and supply medication and pharmacy products
• Deliver medications to hospital wards
• Manage inventory
• Process sales transactions and help with account queries
• Make sure patients and nursing staff receive the correct medication
• Support patients, carers and hospital staff

Required profile

• Enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year of a Pharmacy degree at an Australian university in 2027
• Current academic transcript uploaded with the application
• Valid Australian working rights for at least 12 months from start
• Professional, confidential and patient-focused approach; able to work independently and in a team
• Open to applicants from 3rd and 4th year pharmacy students; applications close 2 November 2026
