About the role
This part‑time position supports JD Sports’ store operations in Robina by managing stockroom activities and ensuring merchandise is ready for the sales floor. You will work Tuesday to Saturday on a rotating shift schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, process, label and store incoming merchandise.
- Maintain a tidy, organised back‑of‑house area to prevent damage and stock loss.
- Assist the sales team by retrieving product styles and sizes quickly for customers on the shop floor.
- Ensure all items are correctly priced and tagged.
- Replenish stock on the sales floor, keeping full size ranges available.
- Support the Back of House Manager/Supervisor in meeting KPIs and operational targets.
Required profile
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality or a similar field.
- Positive, can‑do attitude with strong organisational skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
