Parking & Wardrobe Manager

About the role

Crown Melbourne is looking for an experienced, commercially minded Parking & Wardrobe Manager to lead its parking facilities and staff wardrobe function. This is a full-time leadership role covering parking operations, uniform procurement and inventory management, service delivery, budget performance and leading large operational teams, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of Crown's parking facilities and wardrobe services.
• Develop and implement service, operational and revenue improvement initiatives.
• Manage uniform procurement, inventory control and quality assurance processes.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, reporting and financial performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and service providers.
• Lead, coach and develop a large operational team.
• Manage key projects, contracts and operational improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory and Crown requirements.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience managing large operational teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in operational, facilities, hospitality, retail or service-based management roles.
• Experience managing suppliers, contracts and service delivery outcomes.

Required skills

• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and performance reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• High attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement and customer service excellence.
