Pantry Assistant – Full‑time, Mon‑Fri in Sydney

About the role

Sodexo is looking for a Pantry Assistant to join a premium corporate client site in Sydney CBD. You will keep pantry stations fully stocked, well‑presented and ready for service, working closely with front‑of‑house and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, stock and replenish pantry stations for breakfast and lunch.
• Maintain high standards of food displays and service areas.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs.
• Assist with basic food preparation and plating when required.
• Keep pantry and service areas clean and organised.
• Support front‑of‑house and kitchen teams during busy periods.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health‑and‑safety procedures.
• Provide friendly, professional service to guests.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality, catering or food service.
• Strong customer‑service focus and positive attitude.
• Excellent attention to detail and presentation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good organisational and time‑management skills.
• Willingness to support multiple areas of the operation.
• Food Handling Certificate (desirable).
• Full unrestricted working rights in Australia.
